Elevating Premium Dental Laboratory Products
Harvest Dental is a global brand of premium dental laboratory materials serving dental technicians and laboratories worldwide. With a mission to create "Refreshing Value," Harvest positions itself as a charismatic brand seeking to refresh and revitalize the dental segment by simplifying everyday lab life. Named 2023 NADL Supplier of the Year, the company offers comprehensive prosthetic materials, solutions, and instruments including best-selling products like EasyGum gingival composite strips, Harvest Nano Zirconia, and Super Peg ceramic firing support.
Dispatch began working with Harvest Dental in September 2022, taking over a minimal Klaviyo setup that included only one to two welcome series emails and a single abandoned cart email. Over the three-year partnership, Dispatch has built comprehensive lifecycle marketing automation, implemented weekly campaign calendars focused on brand storytelling and product promotion, and managed a seamless platform migration from BigCommerce to Shopify.
The Numbers Tell the Story
From January 2025 through December 2025, even after 2 years of partnership, Harvest achieved the following YoY performance improvements:
Where We Started
Like many growing B2B brands, Harvest Dental found themselves in a common predicament. Their digital presence was expanding, their customer base was complex and diverse, and they understood that email marketing could be a powerful revenue driver. But Klaviyo was being managed by someone in the marketing department who wore many hats and didn't have specialized email or Klaviyo expertise. The result was a minimal setup with just one to two basic welcome series emails and a single abandoned cart email.
The marketing team knew there was untapped potential. With a sophisticated audience of dental laboratory owners, technicians, and purchasing managers, each with different needs, purchase cycles, and product preferences, a one-size-fits-all approach was leaving money on the table. They needed lifecycle marketing that could speak to leads and customers in a more optimal way, segmented by behavior and personalized to their journey. But they didn't have the in-house expertise to build it.
Strategic Automation and Campaigns That Drive Continuous Growth
Dispatch built a full suite of automated email flows tailored to Harvest Dental's B2B customer journey. The crown jewel is a dynamic replenishment flow that delivers the majority of all flow revenue. This sophisticated flow monitors customer purchase history and sends personalized emails at strategic intervals when customers are likely running low on consumable products. Each email dynamically showcases the specific products from their last order with simple "re-order" buttons, making replenishment frictionless and driving high-value repeat purchases.
Beyond replenishment, Dispatch rebuilt the welcome series, abandoned cart, and abandoned checkout flows, and introduced a high-performing customer winback flow. A post-purchase flow nurtures new customers with educational content and cross-sell opportunities. Together, these automated flows grew 363% year-over-year.
On the campaigns front, Dispatch established a consistent weekly calendar focused on strategic product promotion and brand storytelling. Through rigorous testing, the team identified that certain products dramatically outperformed others when featured, and that incorporating GIFs and video thumbnails generated outlier engagement rates. Recognizing that Harvest's webinar program was generating exceptional engagement, Dispatch built an integrated email strategy that drove webinar registrations through pre-event campaigns and capitalized on post-webinar momentum with targeted product promotions. This test-and-learn approach enabled campaign revenue to grow 187% year-over-year while maintaining a 71.7% open rate that ranks in the 96th percentile of the dental industry.
Strategic List Growth Without Compromising Premium Positioning
For a premium brand like Harvest Dental that consciously avoids discounting, traditional lead magnet strategies centered on percentage-off offers would undermine brand positioning. Dispatch developed a sophisticated popup strategy that achieved two critical goals simultaneously: drive email signups and introduce new customers to product quality through experience.
The popup offers new visitors a free syringe of Super Peg, Harvest's best-selling ceramic firing support product, with their first order. This approach works because Super Peg has low cost of goods, making it economically viable as a sample, while being a consumable product that drives future replenishment orders once customers experience its quality. The offer creates genuine value for dental technicians who can trial a professional-grade product risk-free, while the first-order requirement ensures Harvest captures qualified buyers.
This premium-aligned lead magnet strategy, combined with the automated flows and regular campaigns, has grown Harvest's engaged email list substantially. The popup converts paid advertising traffic into owned marketing channels, creating a more efficient customer acquisition flywheel.
Seamless Platform Migration From BigCommerce to Shopify
When Harvest Dental decided to migrate from BigCommerce to Shopify mid-partnership, Dispatch managed the complex technical transition to ensure zero disruption to email marketing performance. The challenge was substantial: every custom metric previously used to trigger BigCommerce-based flows and maintain accurate dynamic segments needed to be identified, replicated in Shopify, and switched over at each touchpoint in the lifecycle.
Dispatch conducted a comprehensive audit of all flow triggers, segment definitions, and data dependencies, then systematically rebuilt each one using Shopify's event structure. This included the sophisticated replenishment flow logic, abandoned cart and checkout triggers, customer winback timing, and post-purchase sequences. Dynamic segments based on purchase behavior, product preferences, and engagement patterns were recreated with equivalent Shopify data points.
The result: not a single day of paused email deliveries during the changeover. Customers continued receiving timely, relevant automated emails without interruption, and campaign sends maintained their regular schedule. This technical expertise protected Harvest's email revenue stream during a critical business transition.
